Michael Jacksons Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1/2 cup White sugar
1/4 cup Butter; melted
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Milk (about)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
2 1/2 cups Sweet potatoes (fresh or canned; heaping cups)
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon or orange juice
1 Pie shell (9-inch); unbaked
1/2 cup Pecan halves, optional
Beat eggs and sugar. Add melted butter, salt, milk, vanilla, and spice. Blend egg mixture with mashed sweet potatoes and lemon or orange juice.
Pour into unbaked pie shell or greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Garnish with pecan halves if desired.
Bake in preheated 400-degree oven 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees; bake 40 minutes longer or until golden.

Organic juice
Beets
Carrots
Celery
Red apple
Clean and cut into quarters. Use desired amounts of each. Blend together the listed raw organic ingredients.
Organic seared Ahi tuna nicoise salad
Seared Ahi tuna seasoned with Herbes de Provence
Haricot verts
Nicoise olives
Roasted red potatoes
1 hard-boiled egg
Field greens
Plate the listed ingredients.
For the dressing:
2 teaspoons of minced shallots
2 teaspoons of dry basil
1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
4 anchovies, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Michael Jackson favorites food was Mexican food. His favorite number was 7. , we instantly thought of 7 layer dig. An easy family favorite recipe to make and one of Michael Jackson’s favorite dips. In honor of the Michael’s music, play his music in the background, . Let everyone add one layer of the ingredient of the 7 layer dip. Each layer is representation for Michael’s great, salsa dance, cheesy jokes, etc.
7 Layer Bean Dip
Mexican Seven Layer Bean Dip
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
1 cup Chunky salsa (any variety)
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained (1/2 cup)
1 medium tomato, diced (3/4 cup)
Tortilla chips, if desired
1. In medium bowl, mix refried beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread mixture on large platter.
2. In another medium bowl, mix cream cheese and chiles. Carefully spread over bean mixture.
3. Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives and tomato. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
